Request deletion of your data

Under GDPR Article 17 (right to erasure) and Meta Platform Terms, you have the right to request that all data we hold about you is deleted.

If you are a TSworkflow user

  1. Sign in and go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. Confirming triggers deletion of all your personal data and the integrations you set up.
  2. Or email post@tsworkflow.comwith the subject "Delete my account" from the email address tied to your account.
  3. Deletion is irreversible. We retain only the minimum required for legal compliance (e.g. invoices for accounting under bookkeeping law). All else is purged within 30 days.

If you connected your Facebook Page or Instagram to TSworkflow

You can revoke access at any time from Facebook → Business Integrations (or Instagram Business settings). Revoking will:

  • Stop TSworkflow from receiving new messages from your Page
  • Delete the Page access token from our database within 24 hours
  • Mark all stored conversations from that Page for deletion within 30 days

For Meta App: deletion confirmation lookup

Meta sends a unique confirmation_code when a user requests deletion via their Facebook settings. To check status:

Verification timeline

  • Within 24 hours: access tokens deleted, ongoing syncs stopped.
  • Within 7 days: AI-processed message bodies purged from indices.
  • Within 30 days: full deletion across primary database, backups, and logs.
