How long does onboarding take?+
Magic Onboarding takes about 5 minutes. You sign in with Google or Microsoft, we find your business in public registries, pull Google Business Profile, read your website and build the AI brain automatically. You confirm the data and you are live.
How much does it cost?+
Three tiers: Starter (solo and small teams), Pro (typical SMB) and Enterprise (larger teams with higher AI budgets). Get in touch and we will share a concrete price within 24 hours — no commitment.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Storage in Supabase with Row Level Security, encryption in transit and at rest, audit log, and a full GDPR pack (ROPA, DPIA, DPA template, retention policy, incident response). Data lives in the EU. Classified under the EU AI Act as limited/minimal risk. You can export or delete everything at any time.
Can AI respond the way I would?+
You add products, prices, policies and tone to the AI brain. AI cites those sources and is blocked from guessing. Corrections become learning points Dennis remembers. Lyra (voice) and Dennis (actions) share the same brain.
Do you also run ads and marketing?+
Yes. Dennis builds Google Ads and Meta campaigns (15 headlines, 30+ keywords, sitelinks), manages Google Business Profile (posts, review replies), creates SEO landing pages and publishes blog articles. Included in Pro and Enterprise.
What is the difference between Dennis and Lyra?+
Dennis is the in-house AI co-worker — he answers customers, acts in the CRM and runs marketing in the background. Lyra is YOUR voice assistant — you talk to her, she answers and acts in the system on your behalf. Think: Dennis = employee, Lyra = chief of staff.
What happens if AI does not know the answer?+
AI escalates the request to the on-duty human with full context. You see it flagged in the inbox and can answer in one click — no missed cases. Autonomy Guard ensures AI never acts beyond what you have approved.
Do I need to switch from my existing CRM?+
You can import contacts and deals via CSV. We integrate with Tripletex, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Meta Business, Make.com and Microsoft Teams. Most teams are up and running in under a workday.
Does it work with Gmail and Outlook?+
Yes, both. Sign in with Google or Microsoft and your inbox shows up in CRM context. Outlook has full parity with Gmail — same AI pipeline, same calendar sync, same follow-up.
Does it work on mobile?+
Yes. We are PWA-based (Progressive Web App) — install as an app on your phone directly from the browser. Bottom-nav, touch-drag, push-notifications. Works like a native app without being in the App Store.
