1. Acceptance
By signing in or using TSworkflow, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.
2. Service
TSworkflow is an AI-powered CRM platform. Modules can be enabled or disabled per organisation. We may update features over time; we notify you of breaking changes.
3. Pricing and pilots
Pricing is tailored per organisation. We offer 2-week pilots without commitment. Paid subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice.
4. User obligations
- Comply with applicable law (including GDPR for personal data you process)
- Keep credentials secure and unique per user
- Do not abuse AI features (no spam, illegal content, or infringement)
- Respect rate limits and fair-use policies
5. Data ownership
You own all customer data you enter. We process it only as instructed by you. You can export or delete data at any time. See privacy policy.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.
7. AI disclaimer
AI-generated responses are based on the knowledge base you provide. We do not guarantee accuracy in every situation. You retain control over what is sent and can correct AI responses afterwards.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may suspend access immediately on breach of these terms or non-payment.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes go to Oslo tingrett.
